Throughout my time working in Pre-K through fifth-grade classrooms, I’ve gained a strong foundation in early childhood and elementary education by supporting students across various academic and developmental stages. I have led small group instruction in reading, writing, math, and phonics, tailoring my approach to meet the diverse learning needs of each student. Whether assisting with literacy games in Pre-K, supporting phonemic awareness in second grade, or guiding students through digital platforms in fifth grade, I’ve learned how to create engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environments. I’ve also collaborated with lead teachers to assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly, ensuring each child receives the tools and encouragement they need to succeed.
My experience extends beyond academics into classroom management and social-emotional support. I have helped maintain structured, positive classroom environments, guided students through transitions and conflict resolution, and supported their development through hands-on activities and routines. From managing online learning to facilitating interactive in-person lessons, I’ve grown confident in my ability to adapt and support students in any setting.
